Manage everyday stress more effectively. Learn to recognize symptoms and control negative effects through mediation and visualization. Develop a personal plan for stress reduction.

Learn how to resolve conflicts in a variety of complex disputes involving multiple parties, differing power balance, interests, values, and contexts. Sound conflict management principles are stressed.

Covers all elements of customer relations, which include identifying the customer, analyzing to determine customer's needs, planning the operation to satisfy the customer, and organizing for effective service, product delivery, and customer support.

Learn the role of image in organizations. Maximize potential by improving image and confidence. Learn image enhancement which improves.

Effective Communication Techniques for Improved Relationships
Learn how to communicate clearly, to listen effectively, and to resist distractions. Listen based on the talker's interest. Learn how to concentrate on what is being said and to gather thoughts before responding. Provides practical instructions in the art of effective communication, which include communication barriers that go beyond language. The six necessary considerations to communicate for positive results are examined and demonstrated.

Caring Law Enforcement Officers (C.L.E.O.)
Youth Mentoring Program
A unique law enforcement and Youth mentoring program that pairs officers one on one with youth seemingly headed in the wrong direction. This program includes matching participants and mentoring training for the volunteer officers and requires only one hour per week of the law enforcement person's time.

Federal Homeland Security Anti-Terrorism Training
The topics include: Terrorism Overview; Domestic Terrorism/Extremist Groups; International Terrorism; Terrorism Indicators; Safety Issues.

Specialized Training for Public Safety Personnel
A variety of seminars designed for Public Safety. We offer Diversity/Sensitivity Training and Community Oriented Police Training, a National Program which we co-authored, under a Justice grant.

Community Policing: Developing Enhanced Citizen Involvement in the War Against Drugs and Other Crime
This training will highlight methods for increased citizen involvement in the war against drugs and other crime and will explain the most effective strategies for collaborative involvement in stemming the proliferation of drugs and other crime.

Reduction in Crime and Increase in Safety for Community Revitalization
An action-packed, workshop-style training program, designed specifically for citizens, businesses, and service providing agencies and organizations to improve and restore the community. The customized traning consists of detailed discussions, examples, and effective participatory activities that reduce crime, destructive gan activity, drug use, and drug trafficking.

Specialized Training for Educators:

• Enhanced Classroom Awareness Training for Educators
  A workshop-style training program designed specifically for educators and support staff. The customized training consists of detailed discussions, examples and effective participatory activities that reduce crime, gang acitivity, drug use, and drug trafficking, in school. As teachers and support staff are more aware of the signs of crime related negative activities there is a reduction in these behaviors.



• Teambuilding Principles for Educators:
  "Making a Great Team Great" is a motivational-style traning workshop, designed to give a thorough overview of cutting edge teambuilding principles utilized by highly successful teams. The modular program will be conducted in a separate; yet, integrated style to explore the relationship of diversity management, effective communication, and dispute resolution. The training will examine and demonstrate how those three main disciplines are linked or interrelated when building and nurturing a winning team. The course will utilize proven conflict resolution strategies as tools to understand, counteract, redirect or diffuse inappropriate conduct that produce misunderstanding, resentment, and violence in the workplace. Emphasis is on developing skills for influencing, motivating, and communicating with diverse groups that lead to favorable action.
