Dr. Jerry "Doc" Semper
A "Vietnam Era" veteran of the U.S. Navy and former Naval, Presidential White House Honor Guard who joined the NYPD in 1968. A decorated police officer who served in uniform, plainclothes, and undercover assignments. A professor of criminal justice who earned a Juris Doctorate degree. Former acting Assistant U.S. Attorney and District Court Commissioner, who is a certified Police Academy Instructor.

A nationally recognized expert in, improving police and community relations. Co-author of a national Community Oriented Policing curriculum. A specialist in Youth and Community interventions, who has provided services to organizations worldwide. Author of articles and books including Youth Investment And Police Mentoring: Training Manual.

A professional educator, who develops and teaches a variety of college courses. A nationally known seminar leader and training consultant for organizations seeking to improve in both productivity and harmony.

He has appeared on the Gordon Elliott television talk show and twice on the Bill O'Reily talk show. He has been a consultant and trainer for: The Milton S. Eisenhower Foundation, The Police Foundation, The National Association of Police Athletic Leagues, The Bureau of Justice Administration, The Justice Department, and The Community Policing Consortium amomg others.

Doc has developed customized Leadership Life Skills trainings for Corporate, Governmental, Youth, and Community organizations. His Public Safety and Re-entry Mentoring programs, for these highly specialized segments, are considered among the best available. Having a background that includes experience in every major environment, has produced a well rounded and effective trainer, whose programs are fun and informative, for all.

    Gary A. Johnson
    Gary A. Johnson has extensive experience in the areas of multicultural management and facilitation. He has developed, implemented, and managed comprehensive programs in cultural diversity, racial harassment prevention, sexual harassment prevention, interpersonal conflict, and personal empowerment. Gary has twenty-five years of work experience, including eighteen years working for the federal government in a variety of disciplines.

    Edward E. Smith

    Edward E. Smith has over twenty-five years of experience as a trainer, facilitator and organizational change agent for the federal government, colleges & universities, and associations. He is a former Program Officer and Team Leader for the U.S. Department of Education where he once managed the agency's largest contract. He served as Director of Education for the Westinghouse Learning Corporation (WCEP) program, and also served as Director of Education for the American Technical Assistance Corporation (ATAC).
