Making "Change" an Organizational Positive
Participants will learn what change is, why change is important, how to accomplish change and its benefits. They will recognize, examine, and apply the twelve steps necessary for managing change successfully. Participants will also be given proven strategies for managing change in the organizational environment.

Understanding Diversity for Increased Productivity and Management
A seminar designed for personnel who interact with various cultural groups. The program provides detailed discussion relative to each group within the organization and how personnel must represent each group equally. The elements of Cultural Diversity discussed include: Human Relations; Human Relations and Career Satisfaction; Proper Communication; Difficult Encounters; Understanding Attitudes; Methods of Adjusting Attitudes; Conflict Management; and Enhancement of Personal Awareness.

Effective Leadership for Organizational Improvement
Critical thinking to create visions merged with motivational skills to communicate and reinforce the mission and vision. Developing effective alternatives for the most difficult management problem, while building teams focusing on group strengths needs.

<Supervisory Skills
Invest the executive assistant with the necessary result-based supervisory skills so the employee may remain focused and effective when faced with the challenge of juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Strategic Planning for Your Organization
Strategic planning communication skills are highlighted, to facilitate planning for long term support of change. Learn that groups using their collective abilities and using a well organized plan, indeed accomplish more.

Managing for Results
This course is designed to assist managers to learn to utilize the principles of total quality improvement. Modern management techniques and skills such as benchmarking, visioning, strategic planning and managing change will be emphasized.

Developing Organization Vision, Mission, & Guiding Principles
Attendees will learn how to establish shared values and beliefs that constitute an organizations culture. Participants will be able to identify, explain, and demonstrate the specific strategies necessary to create a high performance organization from "scratch."

Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI)
: Introduces participants to methods which can lead to dramatic improvements in quality and producitivity in services.

Quality Improvement Facilitator Training
Learn and demonstrate the use of facilitation techniques and interventions as well as acquiring a working knowledge of the principles and major tools common to total quality initiatives. The facilitation skills will be grouped as procedural skills, behavioral skills, and problem-solving skills.

Coaching and Counseling for Results
Learn the effective aspects and methods of encouraging positive behavior. Coaching techniques will be explored.

Delegating Effectively
Explore the uncomplicated and productive area of proper delegating. Participate in practical exercises for developing skills necessary for being effective.

Fundamentals of Management
Provides background information on the many issues a new executive assistant typically faces. Enhances the interpersonal skills, decisiveness, and flexibility necessary to make the transition from secretary to executive assistant with confidence and measurable competence.

Principles of Supervision
Participants will learn how to supervise employees using innovative training technology. How to make timely and effective decisions and gain employee respect and support.
