Gary A. Johnson has extensive experience in the areas of multicultural management and facilitation. He has developed, implemented, and managed comprehensive programs in cultural diversity, racial harassment prevention, sexual harassment prevention, interpersonal conflict, and personal empowerment. Gary has twenty-five years of work experience, including eighteen years working for the federal government in a variety of disciplines. In his three years at the White House, he was assigned to the National Security Council staff where he worked for three Assistants to the President for National Security Affairs. Gary has also worked as an Intelligence Watch Analyst, Special Agent/Investigator, and Diversity Program Manager.

Before formally starting his own company, Gary worked as a Senior Trainer and later as a Regional Account Manager for a large training and HR firm in Boston, MA. As a trainer, Gary worked exclusively with Fortune 500 executives and senior managers. In his work as a Regional Account Manager, Gary was responsible for new sales and account management with Fortune 500 companies.

Since 1995, Gary has spent a considerable amount of time working as a senior trainer and consultant to Fortune 500 companies and Wall Street firms. Either independently or in collaboration with other HR firms, he has provided training and consulting services to numerous private sector firms and government agencies.

Gary produced and hosted several videos on diversity and harassment prevention for the U.S. government. He also serves as a training consultant for other HR firms and a labor laws compliance training company in Maryland.

Gary received his BS degree in Organizational Management from Columbia Union College and studied at the Antioch University School of Law, in the Masters of Legal Science program.
