Leadership Life Skills (LLS) Coaching is about learning so that you may teach others to accomplish and work together harmoniously, no matter what.

LLS is the use of techniques, and attitudes that promote cooperativeness among all persons. It is a goal-oriented way of achieving, where teamness is the single most important ingredient.

LLS is about how to be in all situations involving others. The minimum requirements are for civility whenever possible. Meaning the need for generally accepted use of manners, and its accompanying values. Courtesy devoid of any animosity should be the norm.

The key to this training is the notion that we can improve once there is an acknowledgement that room for improvement exists. Starting with the belief that all persons can imporve, the goal becomes, to improve in ten percent increments, starting from where ever the individuals perceive themselves to be.

At present, "LLS" training is being provided to individuals and groups across a wide variety of occupations and disciplines. LLS are the essentials for competency, based on interactive involvement among people. Performing in a LLS capacity in all areas guarantees that best practices will be used. Areas where LLS has been an effective positive change agent, include:

  • Team development for Corporate Entities and Government Agencies

  • Anti-Crime Value Based Lessons for School Children

  • Mentoring for Incarcerated Persons

  • Effective Parenting for Single or Busy Parents

LLS utilizes a systematic process for teaching the basics necessary for creative, friendly, and productive interactions. Modifications are added for specific conditions, while maintaining the model that teaches Leadership, at all times. The use of Leadership qualities provides greater opportunity for individual project success; even as the use of the model will not have the same level of success for all.
